Our first batch of tomatoes for 2011 are growing in our greenhouse, about a week away from transplanting in the “Big Tomato House”.  These plants are grafted to provide great root strength and flavorful fruit.  We’ll plant about 800 of these beauties in the big tomato house next week.  Fruit will be ready around mid-June, if all goes well.
