- 2 heads Spring Ledge broccoli stalks removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 cups Spring Ledge celery sliced
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup peanuts
- 8 slices Vermont Smoke & Cure bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 1 cups mayo
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (red wine or cider)
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- In a large bowl mix broccoli, celery, and raisins.
- Mix together mayo, sugar, vinegar, and curry powder.
- Toss to coat broccoli mix. Gently mix in peanuts and bacon.
