- 4 Spring Ledge tomatoes diced
- 1 Spring Ledge hot pepper or bell pepper diced
- 3/4 cup Spring Ledge onion or scallion minced
- 1 clove Spring ledge garlic minced
- 2 limes zest and juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- to taste salt and pepper
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Let salsa sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to merry.
- Replacing basil for the cilantro is a great variation.
