Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar and cornstarch. Whisk in the eggs. Stir in the butter, syrup and vanilla. Fold in half of the apples. Pour into the crust.
  2. Place the remaining apples in overlapping circles on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. 375F oven for 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy.
