Fresh pea shoots – harvested between 2 and 5 inches tall, these pea shoots pack flavor and freshness all in one. The taste is reminiscent of sugar snap or snow peas. Available all winter and all year long. Great on salads or as a snack or in a stir fry.

Fresh micro cilantro. These cilantro leaves are harvest when 1-2 inches tall. The beauty of these herbs is that you get all the leaves and none of the stem. Very aromatic and very easy to use in recipes.
