Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and are automatically applied to your purchase where shipping is an option. Spring Ledge ships using UPS. Applicable items are shipped within a week of purchase.

Return Policy

Returns on food items are accepted within 48 hours of purchase with receipt. Returns on plants are assessed on a case by case basis and must be presented with the receipt and return of the physical plant. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the purchase was made.
